1st Annual Youth Women of Color Conference

What a great day it was for the Young Women of Color Conference. Despite the grayish rain, the event was bright. The day long conference was geared to open doors for young women of color to achieve personal, educational, and professional success through shared self-awareness and sisterhood. And that's exactly what they did. There were over 100 participants at the event and they received some exceptional feedback. Charles County Commissioners named October 25 Young Women of Color Day in the county. Congratulations for such a well deserved honor. The founders of the conference are hoping that neighboring counties will adopt the same practice as they continue to do these conferences.

In other words, when your understanding grasps the power to visualize your heart's desire and hold it with your will, it attracts to you all things requisite to the fulfillment of that picture by the harmonious vibrations of the law of attraction.

You realize that since Order is Heaven's first law, and visualization places things in their natural order, then it must be a heavenly thing to visualize.

Everyone visualizes, whether he knows it or not. Visualizing is the great secret of success.

The conscious use of this great power attracts to you multiplied resources, intensifies your wisdom, and enables you to make use of advantages which you formerly failed to recognize..

WHAT ARE YOU VISUALIZING TODAY!! ARE YOU IN HURRY A LOT? DO YOU STOP TO SMELL THE ROSES? Take the time out each day to breathe. Sit in silence and reflect on what is going on in your mind. You will be amazed at the chatter that you will hear. Now that you are conscious of this chatter, you can start to control it. You can start to visualize because you are able to focus your thoughts and see clearly what it is that you are THINKING ABOUT! What you think about, you bring about. Its important to understand your thoughts and the affect they play in your every day life. Don't ignore your brain chatter because it shows up in your life. If you are experiencing chaos right now, that's because you have chaos in your mind. To achieve order in your life, visualize it in your mind and it will translate into your physical life.
